PROJECT DETAILS

This quote includes us buying all the sheetrock, delivering it and the cost of all the materials needed to sheetrock (such as screws, corner beads, Glue etc).
⁠We will buy all the materials to spackle everything such as spackle, tape, etc.
We will cover the floors, furniture and anything else that needs to be covered and protected with plastic and tarps. We can also help move any furniture that needs to be moved to be able to complete this project.
We are going to take all of the garbage made by the sheetrock and spackle.

Sheetrock

We will purposefully remove all the necessary sheetrock that needs to be removed and make it more even for the new sheetrock to be installed.
We are going to use only green/purple sheetrock to the bathroom to help with moisture.
We are going to use regular ½ inch sheetrock boards in the bedroom to fix the big hole.
Part of doing the sheetrock will be adding the metal corner beads.
Once the sheetrock is up, we will check for loose nails and broken sheetrock before we start to spackle. This step prevents future cracks and nail pops.

Next, we will spackle the sheetrock with all the four layers: This means we have to come back three to four times to finish all the coats.

During the spackle, we will check the walls and ceiling in the bathroom fixing the angles and cracked paint.
Spackle with four layers of spackle:
- Tape all of the cracks of the sheetrock.
- Spackle to cover all the tape and make them all even.
- Second coat of spackle to make them more even and smooth.
- Sand everything to leave the walls ready to paint.
We will be sure to leave everything really clean once everything is sanded.
